This charge appeared on my credit card statement this month. I did not order anything from them. I want a credit for this amount on my charge card. I understand that there are others with the same problem. This company is a scam and I hope something can be done to stop them.

  • the company is a family history research website. there is a 3 day trial and then it begins billing, like most sites with free trials. i signed up for a trial and called to cancel the next day, but they helped me find records and i kept it. its a legitimate company that helps a lot of people find their ancestry. DO NOT put your credit card number online if you arent going to keep track of what you have signed up for. i love the website, i found my grandparents obituaries on there, so dont call it fraudulent because its an honest business with a 30 day money back guarantee...how is that fraudulent? they offer you a full refund if you dont like the site. so if you get a charge and dont want it, then call them...it's a very honest company that has helped me and many other people a lot. so why dont you call them and let them help you before you start saying horrible things about an honest business.
