I never heard of this company I checked my account and there was a mysterious 250.00 dollars in my account I didn't ask or apply for , I contacted my bank and asked who it was from, they said the mass street group. I never heard of them so I went to my bank and spoke with a desk associate and we both called the number listed and we kept getting a repetitious recording of an operator. So we took the overdraft protection off so that that could take their money back only . Waited a week and they didn't withdraw the money out instead that printed a fraudulent electronic check with my name on it to another unknown payday loan company for 89.00 we closed the account immediately, I opened a new one I still have the difference of the money in my possession with proof I didn't spend it and they called me recently from a 205 area Code I live in Birmingham Alabama so for me that is a local number but she gave me a 1800 number to call back and said I owe them 436.00 (Inappropriate Content Removed)?! For money I didn't ask for or spend and now she is talking lawsuit what do I need to do next ?
