My son, who was 18 at time of being contacted by Premier Cancun Vacation was sold a travel package to Cancun/Orlando. He was told its an all inclusive package, cost of only $700 plus insurance fee. He was told that the properties were all high end and they are being promoted for timeshare purposes to get people to see them. When I learned of this transaction, I was very upset. I bought a different package a year prior to that, for a cost of $1200 for 7 nights, all inclive. We stayed at the Tres Rios Hacienda that summer (2011). It is rated as a 5star property, however, it is far from that. The food is terrible, the beach dirty, and I told myself I would never come back to this resort. I tried to get my money back, but couldn't since my son was over 18. We decided we will go back so not to waste the money. A representative contacted us in December 2012 saying that we have to book asap because otherwise there will be additional cost to travel. So we booked in low season so as to get 2 additional nights at no extra cost. We were informed that the fee we payed of $700 was only for room and an all inclusive package would run additional $1900! After negotiating, they lowered to $1400. Then I find out of $69 booking fee. In my purchase letter, nothing was mentioned of any other fees and I got totally upset and canceled everything. This company is a total fraud. There are plenty of all inclusive hotels in Mexico that will come out to be cheaper that this, be a better property and not have to listen to their time share presentation. Please be warned!
