We were first contacted by Bill Sinclair at Achieve for the Tax Club. He told us about setting up as an "S" Corporation and setting up our EIN and receiving our Articles of Incorporation. He said we would get the Articles of Incorporation in 3 weeks and to call him when we received them. I called him, but had to leave a message for him on his voice mail. I geuss he didn't pass on the message to whom ever needed to know and we were late in getting more of our paperwork done, in a timely manner. He never did return my call. He told us the membership through them (Achieve or Tax Club?) was 2995.00 and $49.95 monthly for their services. That also included services from from Corporate Records Pro to help with monthly meetings. He said services were offered for payroll, bookkeeping, taxes etc.

That same day we were set up for appointments with a business planner, bookkeeper, organization strategic analysis, marketer and an account executive. The only name I remember is the account executive, Darren Pohl. I called to ask questions with Darren and continually played phone tag, and never talked once.

We did get our name and paperwork started. After that there was no communication with the Tax Club for answers to our questions. I had called about filing taxes and the only person I talked to could not answer my question, but could send me a disc for $400 to use on my computer.

It seems every time we had questions on how to do something (taxes or training), we were told they could not do it or it would cost us more money to do it.

The training was through Omni Business Solutions, (ResultsNV billed us for that portion, $3100.00) Monthly payments were $39.95, and were processed through three different names (Onmi Solution, Vision LE, & Elibrary Membership). Our first trainer was Jo Kirby from Vision LE. Most of that was to watch lessons online they furnished for us. Toward the end of training sessions Jo left and Corey Wilkey took over. The training sessions also changed (upgraded?) and we couldn't get into them. Corey had information to market our online business, but that too, would cost more money.

Needless to say we had a website and did not know where to turn to get some marketing going to earn our money back. Our business is still showing negative after more than three years, and the agreement was to recoup our money in 6 months with their help.
