I called and ordered i flex seal and was to get a free one and pay shipping for the 2 checked my bank this morning and they had charged my account for 79.78. It was 19.95 plus shipping that should have been charged. I called and was very upset. I will never order anything else off tv. and I cant get my money back til I get the stuff and then i dont get my shipping back so as I can see this is definately a scam and they need to be stopped now.

- Wow..never saw so much ill will. It is not a scam, not for me anyway. I have ordered it a few times and can see how it is easy to order twice without wanting to do so. The online form and Phone line are very sensitive to your options. My first time I double ordered and once I saw it, I called and had it fixed that day. Honestly, a company that is natioanlly advertised ( which aint cheap) is not out there knowlingly trying to scam anyone. If u google ANYTHING for complaints or scams, it comes up. ( Google Snuggie Scam and you will be AMAZED by the complaints. Every1 likes to look to other people for their own mistakes. U cant order properly, it happens. Dont blame the world

- So a company with a big advertising budget has to be legit and honest? Give it up! All these people complaining with the same story means something is fishy with this company. I certainly would not order from them.
