I purchased a modem for $109.99 and a router for $69.99. I was also charged $19.95 for shipping. They promised to rebate me ($179.98)if I submit a proof that I connected the materials for the internet use within 30 days of the purchase. I used the materials as soon as I bought them, and submitted the required information for rebate, but until now, they have not payed me. I contacted them about two months ago and they responded that they were busy. Please, help me get my money back.
