the person on the other end claims to be from dish network and asks you to buy green money pack card from Wal-Mart and give him the code on the back of the card and you pay in advance you will get your dish service for 1/2 off for the year when you pay with the green money card. He asks you for your pin number at dish and offers you free channels for a year. And you are on the phone he uses your pin number to active your channels (but you don't know its fraud because you got the channels) you think that dish network really did it (but he bought on line as imposter that used your pin and you will pay for it later) I called dish network and asked them about that offer and they do not have this offer but when you call the 800-351-4139 a recorder that sound like dish will answer and you press one for billing and you give him the number on the card you just lost 817.00 and can't be traced to anyone.
