i went to gallery 2000 looking for a laptop computer HP g6 pavillian from gallery 2000,i told salesmans what i wanted the laptop to do i told him i wanted a new laptop nobody told me i was getting a refurbished laptop i was told by salesman i had one year warrenty dot to contact the stor contact HP and i did and that when i found out from HP that my laptop only had three months on it because it was not new it was refurbished,i am taking gallery 2000 to small claims court i have the reciet and now gallery 2000 are telling me i never bought a laptop from their store but my wife was with me when i bought it my wife wanted a ring she put twenty dollars on a ring i bought the laptop i started having problem that need to be fixed but i didnt have a warrenty to get it fixed i wanted gallery 2000 to pay the diffrence from a new laptop to a refurbished laptop and have it fixed
