my mother-in-law wrote a check her grand-daughter. she put stop on the check to prevent her from cashing it, for reasons of it would be wasted on a alcahol and other junk, as she went to her fathers home which means him and has friend will use it for themselves. anyway the ace cash called and said she owed them the money plus a service fee.i said no way the reason they are calling is they found out the check had a stop on it. i would say it is their problem. i do not believe they should call and harrass an eightay six year old person. if they call again i told her to hang up on them.thank you for your time... duane k jobe. phone (Personal Information Removed) e mail(Personal Information Removed)
