I was to get a refund of $74.50, order number 656257. Dated 11/27/12. It has never been credited to my credit account. I spent $152.95 for 5 bottles that never worked, in fact I gained 5 lbs.! I've received 2 statements and the refund is not on them. My name is Faith J. Masten. Please refund at least half of my money - I've been taken by Dr. Oz!
