charged me $1 and without informing me charged 19.95 fee for usrecordfee. Had it taken off my account once but was put right back on! called them again and they gave me the same old run-a-round. NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

- The one dollar charge is just to confirm that the account works. That charge should be taken off. From your description it looks like you purchased a record for $19.95 which is separate from your account.
