I was charged $99 to be able to bid in Deal Fun auctions. The company shut down and my money was requested to be returned but it never happened. Their phone # is still published and answers with a message.....so that tells me they (the people) are somewhere. What can be done about this scam....I will do what ever it takes. $99 is a lot of money especially when you multiply that by 1000's across the country.
