I like the other people that complained had booked a driving test through this company thinking it was part of the goverments DVLA department. i paid the monies through PayPal and got a reciept of payment..When I dicovered that this company was'nt goverment run I cancelled the driving test and the DVLA confirmed the cancellation but instead of me getting the refund Direct Booking received it..I have e-mailed them but had no response..I believe PayPal should be responsible for this transaction as the have this company in their data bank..I will never trust PayPal again ,I thought they had reputable companies only in their dealings..As I'm not the first to complain surely PayPal must take some action against thid company..A VERY VERY UNHAPPY EX PAYPAL USER..
