Ordered a full lace custom wig from this guy and got it in the normal amount of time (about 6 weeks). Everything was great EXCEPT the most important part which was that I ordered it with transparent lace because I am very light skinned. He told me to return it and they would fix it. I returned it, they mailed it back to me a month later and it was the same. He told me they can't bleach the lace because it would damage the hair. Yes, I know, which is why I asked why they were going to try and bleach it in the first place. He never responded to that one. I already told them they needed to remake the wig because there isn't any way to safely lighten the color of the lace base once it is constructed.
He will have to sell the custom made one on ebay and hope someone with darker skin wants it. That's what a real company would do.
I sent it back because I don't want to ask them to fix it again and 6 weeks from now be disappointed again and be out all that shipping money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back since Paypal is no help.

- LInton Lee contact me again now that the credit card reverse charge came through, asking me to remove the dispute from my credit card and they will make it AGAIN for me... and if I'm still not satisfied I can submit the complaint again. NO thanks. There is a time limit on these things, I'm not interested in playing his running out the clock game.
