Someone has deposited my tax refund check into their account without my knowledge. I don't know who did this so that's why I asking for some help. I mean what are my rights. I've never seen the check until the IRS sent me a copy of it and it's nowhere near my signature. In fact, whomever did it printed my name and left a fingerprint. I feel that it was an inside job because it just has my name and pay to the order of Bank of America for deposit only then the account number. How can you do all of this if I wasn't around I thought that you should at least have some form of ID. I need some help PLEASE!!!

  • I'm getting my refund back because the IRS is going to look into this also. I want to know who did this to me and have them prosecuted because that's so unforgivable. It also lets me know that this wasn't the first time this person did this but it'll be the first time for whomever it is to get caught.
