The owner owes me approximately $8.00 which I have been trying to collect since November 2012. In July I was told she owed me approximately $6.00 and that her accountant would mail me a check. I was told the same thing every time I called up until November 28, 2012 when the amount she owed me was $8.00 and some change. Again she said her accountant would mail me a check. I called many times since then leaving messages but none of my calls were returned. At the last phone call January 15 I was told the phone was no longer in service. This is a very small amount of money, but this business owner is not being fair and honest and that's not right. I don't know the owner's name or how to reach her. Is there someway to find out? I gave her my shoes and purses in good faith to sell and to give me money for them.

- Dear FlowerBlossom, the store has moved to a new location to better serve our customers. We are within a mile of our original location and would be happy to assist you in resolving this matter. I would like to mention that our store policy is clearly stated on the consignment agreement that all consignors sign upon their first drop off. This policy states that we only send out checks after a $25 balance is achieved in a consignors account. This is for administrative reasons. If you specifically requested a check and were told that one would be mailed for $8.00 then someone was making an exception to attempt to assist you. I assure you that your account is secure and that if you will please contact the store in one of our many means available then we will be happy to assist you with this matter.
