My 80 year old mother is having money taken out of her account monthly in the amount of 19.90 by a company known only as ITD. When you call the phone number, today is Saturday so they are closed, the outgoing message does not identify the company. Right now I have no idea how long this has been going on but I suspect they have gotten quite a bit of money from her account WITHOUT authorization.

- My mother-in-law is in a nursing home with dementia. We are going over her finances, and see she has likewise been ripped off -- since 2011 -- for the same amount. I called and got a crappy refund of $80 and a stop to this thievery.
