Complaint 201960 Details

Beware of LoverCostumes. I placed my order the end of November. I"m thinking my order was processed and ready to be shipped. Almost 2 weeks later I receive an email that they were out of one of my items and that I could choose something else. So I did. It was almost the end of Decemeber when I contacted them back because I didn't receive my order or a tracking. They replied back stating that they just shipped it and gave me a tracking number. When I get the items about a week ago my order was wrong. I order 3 things. 2 of them were right and 1 was wrong. I sent them an email stating that they sent me the wrong item instead of the one I ordered. They had the nerve to tell me that shipping cost them to much to send the item I originally paid for and cost to much to send the wrong item back so they will send me my order when I place my next order. I told them no that there was no guarantee that I was placing another order after this but to just give me a full refund for the missing item. Again they had the nerve to tell me they would only give half refund since I had one of their merchandise and it wasn't right to let me keep something of there's that I didn't pay for. Are you serious....As a business owner, you sometimes make mistakes but you never make a customer pay for it. I should of received a refund for the missing item and if they didn't want to pay for me to ship it back they should of let me keep it. That is their lose for their mistake. Why would I pay for an item that I never ordered. Wishing I could report them to BBB but looks like they are overseas I guess China. I know I only lost $8.36 but the price is nothing compared to the principal of the matter. What if I had paid $100 that would make it even worse. So just heads up when considering doing business with them.
