I bought advertising in a flyer that was promised to be placed in every shopping bag that left Whole Foods in Woodland Hills.
I did not read the contract which states that the flyer will be "in a stand at a point of availability". The flyers are in an eating area outside of the store, not in any traffic area?
I spoke to a few other advertisers and they were told the same thing and are very unhappy
