September 16,2013, I went on a dating service to try to locate Herbert Wacort who scammed me. Robert Liguori, befriended me and I told him I did not want to be friends with him, because I had been scammed. He told me he could help me because he had been scammed to. I told him "no" but he kept insisting. He said he hired the commission-investigators, and within 2 months had his money back. I told him "No" I can not afford to hire anyone I will just contact the Malaysian Police,and he said no they are as crooked as Herbert was. I still said "NO" but he said he would pay the fee of 17,500. And I could pay him back when I had it or got my money back. Well every other day he would badger me to send him money. I sent $2350. and then Herbert contact me in November and promised to send me my money, but never did. So I gave Robert his phone number. The next day Robert told me that I would have to pay 1600.00 for a communication form for the investigators to get him.And I paid that, and he said within 2 days I would have my money. But instead of me getting my money,he told me I would need 1100.00 for the money to be released. But if I send 700.00 he would pay the rest. So like a stupid fool I sent it. Now he comes back and tells me the banker wants to be paid 5000.00 before the banker will send me my money. I have had enough and I do not have any more money. Yesterday Robert told me to make it snappy and get the money sent or I would never get my money back, and that Herbert Wacort is not his real name and the bank account is in a different name also. Now I don't even think Robert Liguori, is the real name of the man here either. He claims to be a US Citizen and lives in New Jersey and is 49 years old, says he is an appointee,and working in Nigeria for a power plant being built in Osobgo, Nigeria.
