I ordered the NuWave Oven and did not receive all of the items that were supposed to come with it that was free but I paid the shipping and handling. I received the ring kit and the baking kit but did not receive the smoothie kit, when I called they said I did not order it, but I did because I paid the shipping and handling. This is a rip off operation, do not be bothered with them.
