We purchased a full version of MS Office Professional 2010 for $79.95 in August 2011. When using PowerPoint for the first time 1/17/13, the product won't activate. We uninstalled and reinstalled the product, but we still cannot activate.

online-easy.com promptly followed up with us and ended up giving us key codes until one worked. Jade was very nice and we will be doing business with them again.
