I purchased what I thought was a hugo boss product from an online shopping site (www.hugoboss-store.org)using my Visa credit card for USD 205. The payment was processed by YourSpay.com.

Moments after completion of the transaction I realised that it was not a genuine hugo boss product. I went back to the website and left a note asking to cancel the order, which status at that point was shown as 'unsettled'. I also tracked the transaction on the YouSpay website and left a request in their webpage for lodging complaints to cancel the payment. Then, I called my bank notifying them of the suspicious transaction but they indicated that it was already authorised and that only the merchant can refund it. In the following days, I repeatdely sent messages to YourSpay to cancel the payment. I also tried to call YourSpay but no one responds. At some point I received an email from YourSpay stating that the product has been shipped. A photo of an airway bill (issued by EMS China)was attached and tracking number and a link to EMS China was provided. To know what they were up to, I tried to track the item on the EMS china, which is returning a message that no shipment is available. The airway bill also shows a recepient address in France, which is not where I am located and not what I indicated in the order. The hugoboss-store.org site still shows the transaction as unsettled. In general, I dealt with a fake merchant working with a fake payment company. Any advise on how to proceed in retrieving the payment? Thanks.
