ON SAT.JAN. 05 2013 I PURCHASED A 2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN AFTER BEING INSTRUCTED ABOUT THE SERIUS RADIO CONTRACT I FIND THE VAN DID NOT HAVE ONE BUT TOO LATE THE PURCHASE WAS MADE AND END OF STORY...THEN I ALSO PURCHASED AN EXTRA KEY FOB BESIDES THE 2 THAT CAME WITH IT I WAS TOLD THEY WERE EXPENSIVE BUT I WANTED TO BUY IT ANYWAY FOR BACKUP. WHEN I CAME IN TO PICK IT UP AND HAVE IT PROGRAMED FOR MY VAN I WENT HOME AND THOUGHT I HAD BETTER TRY OUT THE VALET KEY ONLY TO FIND IT WAS REMOVED WHEN I CALLED ABOUT IT THEY TOLD ME IT DOES NOT COME WITH ..SOO THEY TOOK MY 200AND SOME DOLLARS AND GAVE ME HALF OF WHAT I PURCHASED I WENT THERE TO COMPLAIN TO THEMGR. WHO SAID IT WAS WRONG BUT LIKE THE SALSEMAN THAT SOLD ME THE VAN EVERYTHING GOT QUIET ...WHAT CAN I DO???
