I ordered a manual for a sewing machine and according to Quamm they had it in their server. After going through paying and then trying to find the file, lo and behold they don't have it.
This is a scam. I filed a dispute and was told after the fact that the trial was non refundable and that the file existed somewhere in the internet. I don't think so. I ordered from them and they didn't have and now they want to keep the 4.95-4.99.
It is not the money it all about integrity. This company is a total SCAM.
