I received a text message stating i won 1,000. Go to web site to claim. TargetGifts.net/?=and my phone #. gave a code to enter. I did not enter or register for a gift. Dont know how they got my name or phone number. They sould not be able to text or phone people and get there hopes up, that they have won any thing if they havent. These days and times we are needing all the money and help we can get. Times are tuff.
