He said that he was/is CEO of Mega-Millions and began calling around Dec. 16. Asked my husband and I to get Green Money Paks and scratch off numbers and give to him. Also we wrote a check to Western Union for $1,500. to a Lorene Rusher at 4402 Tamtco St., Houston, TX 77016 He promised $800,000 plus monthly payments of $35,000 plus two new cars. We were dumb to fall for this and are now broke.
