I seen Rachel Ray's endorsement for ExcelaTrim and when I clicked on the link from her site it took me straight to the order screen for this product. No where did it ever specify how much additional products would be. I never even opened the trial bottle and now the CSR is telling me he can only give me back $39.70 of the $80.20 for the next bottle of product that hasn't even been sent! Ridiculous!! What a scam, can't believe Rachel Ray is associated with this company.

Rachel Ray is not associated with this product. That was a lie. When they put a note in the package saying you have to pay if you don't call, they are guilty of altering a contract without consent of both parties. That is illegal. Tell your credit card company you did not authorize the charge. You should not have to pay for it. They got your credit card information fraudulently. -
