I order green coffee on Aug.13th.,2012. They sent it to wrong address so they resent it after it was returned to them.

I sent the product and wrote a letter explaining what happened.
Oct. 26th I called them, Agent Sharon #5835 said she entered return in computer Conf.#1675303141
I called the foll.days:
Nov 26th,
Dec. 3rd. agent Taylor and the supervisor asked me to fax my Visa stat.to Fax:1855-853-1245. Faxed it on Dec.4
Dec. 6 talked to Amanda
Dec. 14 Wanda
Jan. 15, 2013 Sara (today)
The strange thing is that around Nov. 15th, somebody made a purchase for 39.95 using my visa #, but after I called Visa, they returned the money on my account.
Today, agent Sara promised to reimburse me the money but of course I don't believe it.
