Sunset Publication is a fraud. I called to cancel my confirmation as soon as I saw my bank account that they withdrew money from my account. This lady named Fawn,whom answered the phone and said she's the manager. So i thought it will be a lot easier but it was not. We had a little argument and disagreement. I told her that I want to cancel my confirmation but she said she couldn't and she wouldn't and she was saying that if i want to cancel then i have to pay up the $1,065 then she'll end everything. But i told her that i chose not to pay because i didnt receive any magazine from them. Despites of the disagreement, she said that they're going to send me magazine and will charge me in the future even if i don't want it. In the other hand, I told her that im no longer wanting anything from them or getting charge. Then she said she'll going to file me to collection agency. Im like wtf? I was mad to the point that we had another argument. By then i want to know her full name. I asked her for her lastname and she wouldn't. I asked her why and she said she doesn't give her out her lastname because she's only an employee. She said she's not important. I believe that her name can be fake too. I really need help.
