We signed up to win a free trip to Miami. Received a phone call that offered 4 vacations at a highly discounted rate and they took a partial payment over the phone with the promise that we had a 30 days to change our mind. They withdrew our money right away, but I had to call customer service 4 times to cancel and they would not refund our money over the phone. They say we have to send in a letter, which will take 5 - 7 days to process once received, then they will call us. I am so angry that we cannot get our money back as fast as they took it.
