Complaint 1999 Details

I have place an order for a bottle of Green tea medicine . I paid $5.95 for this product by Debit card over their website on june/19/2011 , and after that 5 days , I have received their product shipped . On june /23/2011 , they continue to make unauthoried Credit card charge amount is $78.00 because they already have my card number at the first time I paid $5.95 as I placed an order on June/19/2011 . They said that this is nonrefundable money because they offer me this product for trial , and if I do not return this product within 15 days , they won't give refund for $78.00 back . I never agree to pay up to $78.00 for product trial , and I never agreed to sign up for membership . So , I think they can not take my money like that .

Pls , help me to claim to get back my money by internet business scam .
