They told me I could make payments of 39.95 three times and instead, they took out 172 dollars out. Three payments of 39.95 amounts to $119.85, not 172.00. I have called them 3 times and I got an angelina all three times on 3 different options, so I think she is in this herself, and to scam people. She will not set me up for payments, she says I was the one who authorized this..When I placed the order, I got a machine, and they asked me if I would like to make a payment, they didnt tell me they would scam me..This angelina will not reason with me. She will not let me talk to anyone else about it. Im going to my bank and dispute this today..I hope someone hears me out then.I doubt i ever even see the mop! BEWARE, CUSTOMERS!
