First of`all, this was done in December. I request it a sample. I paid the 10.00 dollars.I want to the bank two days later,..And Cyvita had taken out $70.00 dollars which I did not gave them permission to do. This caused other check not to be paid.I call cyvita from bank about the missing money. I told them that I wanted my money back, hang up the phone. They called me back saying that I did not have to make a complaint, that they would have my money back in two weeks.I still haven't got my money back, nor have a hear from them. If this is the way that they take care of seniors orders, than no senior should buy from them
