Without my knowledge Theis company took $89 out of my bank account. I contated them and they said to fax them a customer servicve cancellation and refund form. I did this today and then called them and they are now telling me that they hwill refund me the money in 30 days. It should not take 30 days to get my money back. I want it ASAP.Please help me.
