I would like to do a complaint because when we sing the agreement with statewide merchants they told us that they was going to settle with our previous credit card company ISIS to close our service with ISIS and we would star our service with Statewide Merchants but that never happened. We ended up having to pay ISIS credit card service and Statewide Merchant credit card service as well. Know ISIS is asking for a total amount of 595.00 to close the account wish Statewide Merchant was supposed to handle that. Statewide Merchant is asking us to pay 395.00 to close our service with them also. We do not thing it is fare that we have to pay two credit card service to me cancel. When Statewide Merchant agree to take care of ISIS.

  • Seeking Resolution: Other
  • We do not think that they should charge for a cancellation if they do not comply with what they promises . If they promised to cancel our service from our previous credit card company they should have taken care or that .
