Misrepercented their ability to get you the most money for insurance claims. And being a professional organization, with qualified adjusters. In my case, USA did not make claim for living expenses, stolen property, and moving expenses. A loss of about $9,000. to myself.
Any adjuster would know how to claim, on all legal claim in a policy.
You think I am joking about reading, they misspelled my name.
USA did not file claims for damages as stated in my policy. I guess they can not read a insurance policy. If they can not read a insurance policy what are they doing advertising to do so.

Larry,
United States Adjusters has gone above and beyond our normal capacity as a public adjuster to assist you. As we have explained we do not assist in ALE. We have taken the time to explain exactly what is needed to resolve the ALE. This would consist of copies of receipts for these out of pocket expenses. As a public adjuster we assist in dealing directly with your policy with your insurance company. We feel we have done an excellent job with USAA based on your policy. This means your policy was capped out and there would be no additional funds based on your contract. Once again this has nothing to do with the ALE. We at United Stated Adjusters take pride in what we do which has always kept us a notch above our competition. I am more than happy to answer any further questions or concerns directly but your above statement is libilous and incorrect.
Our adjuster and our office manager have taken the time to discuss exactly what you need to do to regarding the ALE numerous times and we cannot do that for you. We wish you nothing but the best of luck in the future.
