I ordered a alert usa machine for my mother it came to the house everything seemed ok then i started getting mail for my credit card info I was leary I just paid them a year in advance for the unit but now they wanted more money talked with them got no were sent the unit back to them they are still trying to bill for more money and I sent the unit back They owe me a year in collected money which I payed in advance will have to hire attorney to fix this I work not use this again ever
