Dear ir or Madam :I sent for the free samples and put the shipping charges on my credit card. The shipping charges were 2.99 for each Pkg. The order was 2 PKGs. The order came 12/10/2012 which was fine but now today Jan 9 2013 another bottle of the Sylk Skin product has arrived with a statement for 79.87 US. I would assume that will be put on my charge card. I did not request any more of the product and I do not wish to continue the use of this product. Is this the way the company's deal when they give you a free sample, and then charge for shipments not requested? I don't agree to charges in that mannner and I will not deal with company's that do that. My order # 11199606 Customer # 4549904 Wilma Bingley @ 717 Anskar Court Coquitlam B. C. Canada. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter for me. Thank You very much. Wilma Bingley My email address (Personal Information Removed)
