My grandaughter was conned into signing up via phone for 12 differnt magazines which was suppossed to cost her $3.97 a week but since they have her bank account, it is costing her $49.81 per month.
When she signed up, she was told she could cancel at anytime; now, when she calls to cancel they tell her she can not cancel now.
What steps do we take to report this fraud, take this company to court, get her money back and insure they no longer can scam money from her account?
