I took out a $600.00 loan from Pepper Cash back in late November 2012 & according to the payment options, the 1st was that they would take out $150 for the finance fee and $35 as your payment if you didn't pick any of the others choices. The 2nd choice was the $150.00 finance fee and they would take out half of what you owed and the 3rd was the $150.00 finance fee & they take out the full amount of what you owe. I just got off the phone with them and was advised that if you do not pick choice 2 or 3, they go with choice #1...ok. After 4 payments I asked them how much is left to pay off the loan and was told that I haven't paid anything towards the principle yet!! My head started to spin! They said every time they withdraw money from your account, there is a $150.00 finance fee!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!! Well what happened to the 4 payments of $35 ($140)....I was told that went to some other charge. So according to them, I owe $750. I'm going to look into getting a lawyer on this!!!!
