I contracted with Website Business to set up my website and for several other add-on services including custom web graphics and design, paid directory submission, articles for content, and paid reviews for my website. I did receive a domain name and a nice custom website. But then the service started going bad with no response to problem reports. I never received the paid directory submissions and have several outstanding problems with the website. But then, Website Business went AWOL, stopped paying its employees and now my website is not accessible to me. I can't get access to my site and the domain is registered to WBS. If I could just get my domain registered to me and access to the website templates and graphics I would have most of the value for the money. However, it will probably cost me extra to get the domain name in my name and I'll probably never get the graphics and templates I paid for. The service never received at all was for paid directory submission for $1299.
