I ordered Lifeproof I-phone case for I-phone 4 on December 10, 2012. After waiting for a shipment notification email for approximately a week I heard nothing so continued to email every few days until January 1, 2013. Sent complaint to BBB of New York on January 1, 2013 and contacted credit card company to file complaint for non receipt of merchandise. Have had no contact from BlueOutlet whatsoever. Scam!
