First money told me I had been qualified for a loan of £10.000 and they needed my credit card details just to verify I was who I said I was I asked if any monies would be taken from my account and Carlos said no they had to have my permission to do this so stupidly I gave it to him. As soon as I gave him the details he then said the loan would be in my account within 10 days and the payment had been taken from my card I repeated what he had said and he then told me it didnt make any difference I had the loan so what was the problem when I told him I couldnt afford that money he told me I should have thought about that before I called and if I couldnt afford it how would I make the payments. I then reported this to their managers and had to write a letter of complaints and request my money back I was told this would be paid into my account which 3 weeks later still hasnt arrived. Now nobody will answer the phone.
