I ordered from AuraVie their sample products for $4.95 a few months back, did not agree to any more products. When I got my bank statement on 1-05-13, the company had taken $97.88 via my debit card. I called the toll free number listed on my check statement and was told that an order had been shipped to me on 1-03-13 and I would receive it soon. If the amount was taken via my debit card on 12-07-12 then why would the product just now be sent out especially since I did not agree to the order. I did message the company and plan to call them on Monday, 1-07-13. I am very upset and have learned a lesson. I will most likely call my bank on Monday and see if there is anything that can be done because this is a case of fraud considering that I did not agree to the amount taken from my account.

Update: 01/23/2013

I wish to withdraw my complaint with AuriVie. The company has worked with me to resolve the problem therefore, I no longer wish to pursue this matter. Heidi J. Wagner
