I went online looking for a payday loan, and i filled out an application but did not get approved for it. The next day i checked by balance and an transaction was taken out of my account of 30.00 dollars. I called the bank and they told me where it came from and they gave me the number. I called them and they said they took it out because they charged for application fee wen they approved the loan. I did not get approve for it and they said they would refund me my 30 dollars. Now i'm waiting. This to me sound like "FRAUD".
