I requested a free sample from Radialabs for Instant wrinkle reducer in July. I received the cream late in August. I then received a recorded delivery from Radialabs on 9.9.2011 that I never ordered. On checking my master card account Radialabs had taken £69.95 on the 7th of August for the free sample and then on the 7th of September taken another £69.95 for something that was never ordered.
On contacting my credit card company I was told that I had to telephone Radialabs to cancel my contract with them before they could stop any further payments being taken from my account. I was not aware that I was entering into a contract with them or was I aware that I had to pay for the so called free sample.

Telephone no to cancel the contract : 001 888 804 3579

  • I telephoned Radialabs today on 001 888 804 3579 and they have agreed to refund my money for the items that I never ordered.
I was told that there is a 14 day notice in the small print that states that if you don't make contact within this time scale they assume that you want to continue to receive his product. Be aware that once a free sample has been ordered....you are charged £5.95 for postage and packing.
Then if you do not make contact to cancel within 14 days of your sample arriving more product is shipped and you are charged £69.95 for each item.
My free sample never arrived so I was charged £69.95 for what I thought was the free sample. Then it wasn't until the next product arrived this morning that I realised something was wrong and I checked my credit card statements to discover that another £69.95 had been taken. I now have to wait to find out if Radialabs are as good as their word and refund my money.
