my son purchased sum maps or something 2 help him on his game , be grudingly i loaned him the money using my debit card , and since then they have contiuned 2 take 9,99 from my account ever since ,due 2 the rise in me being over drawn each month ,in all honesty i ave no idea how long this as being going on the bank can only look back 6 months , im absolutely appaulled such a major company is so hard 2 access , the complaints phone number dosnt work n ive searched online how 2 get in touch ,i devasted at the loss of my money as i do not have much money 2 live on .
