11/30/12 Read post by Dr. Oz;hit link to co. listed by Oz; 15 units= 1 mo free trial w/outlet and usb chargers=$4.95s/h;hit link to Order but was redirected or hijacked to e-cigs. Ordered from them cuz I couldn't get to the other one, kept ending up at e-cigs. Rec'd only 5 w/usb charger, no outlet one. Didn't like,emailed to cancel; rec'd email telling me they rec'd cancellation but said I had to call to cancel! Called & cancelled, rep said no need to return the thing. Rec'd notice from Bk of overdraft +$30 fee and realized that co. had charged $99.67 for the "free" pkg! Called & had nasty go around w/rep.
Was w/paralegal at time who had to spend 15-20 minutes more arguing w/rep who first said the pkg had to be returned, then said when they rec'd it I'd get refund; more discussion, rep offered $46 refund, then $74 refund.
Only after paralegal ID'd self as paralegal & threatened to file complaint w/state Atty Gen & also Fed Atty Gen re: interstate commerce & possible mail & wire fraud criminal complaints did the rep agree to immediately credit my account with the $99.67. Took 10 more days but is finally back in my account.
