I purchased an out of state real estate property that was misrepresentated. The legal dessription of this property was changed to increase purpchase interest. Purchased the property from Kostas Poniros 10-2012. In December 2012 I found out the property was burnt down and up for demolition. I am a victim real estate fraud and looking for options to file criminal or civil against him.
